SEBASTIAN BACH Announces New Touring Drummer
June 7, 2007Former SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach has issued the following update:
"Greetings from Perth, Austrailia! I am pleased to announce the brand new drummer we have on tour with us at this time is none other than Jason West and he is kicking ASS all over the kit! Jason is the drumeer for the bands NEUROTICA and PITBULL DAYCARE. He was turned onto me through the illustrious Johnny Chromatic [guitar]. He is doing a great job filling some big shoes.
"As you know, Bobby Jarzombek, my drummer for last three years and also the drummer on the new CD, 'Angel Down', recently broke his wrist and we did not know if we could find a drummer of equal caliber for the summer tour. I am happy to report that Jason West is a FANTASTIC drummer and the last show in Tokyo, was especially ferocious!! It was at Koseinenkin Kaikan, where JUDAS PRIEST recorded the ultimate live album 'Unleashed in the East', and we all felt the presence of that record during the show, and played a show that will go down as one of the best of our lives!"

In a recent interview with Rock My Monkey, Bach stated about the upcoming CD, "There's been a lot of stuff on the record about… kind of the war was on my mind, having the country at war, and also having a nineteen-year-old son. It's kind of what the youth of America have in the back of their mind. Are they going to get drafted? It very well could happen. It's a scary thing. So that was kind of on my mind when I was writing the lyrics for this record."
